Post holiday blues?
Us too.  Tonight, 6-9 pm, we’ve got just the cure: a tasting of three cheerful reds that’ll warm you up without breaking the bank.

Domaine de Cabriac Pinot Noir 2010
Subtle aromatics and a persistant minerality on the finish characterize this yummy, young Pinot Noir from the Languedoc.  A healthy dose of ripe, red fruit rounds it out.  Pairs well with take-out and weeknights.  $13

Somontano Isabena 2008
A Spanish blend of Garnacha, Merlot, and Syrah, Isabena has soft tannins, lush fruit, and just a touch of oak.  Crowd pleasing and super quaffable- one bottle might not be enough.  $13

Esprit de Mavette Cotes du Rhone 2008
Produced near the village of Gigondas in the Southern Rhone Valley, Esprit de Mavette is a well-balanced blend of Grenache and Syrah.  Dark, earthy, and full of spice, it’s a great wine to have on hand for any winter meal.  $12
