Les Sablonnettes “Le Bon Petit Diable” Cabernet Franc 2010
They say you should never judge a book by it’s cover, and the same goes for wine.  Case in point: “Le Bon Petit Diable”.  Lily has convinced a fair number of people of the merits of this delicious, all-natural Cabernet Franc; nothing is added or taken away from this wine.  Tonight is your chance to get on the bandwagon.  It’s unfiltered, pure, and super juicy.   $18

Clos Siguier Cahors 2008
Clos Siguier is 95% Malbec and 5% Tannat from the Cahors appellation in Southwest France.  The grapes are hand-harvested and wild yeasts are used during fermentation, producing an incredibly elegant and versatile wine.  It was love at first sip for us, when Tom and Lily first tasted this wine, they looked at each other and said simultaneously… “This tastes like France!”.  It’s an incredibly versatile wine and pairs well with so many foods; everything from soup to cookies.  $15

Le Loup Blanc “le Regal du Loup” 2008
The winemakers behind “Le Loup Blanc” vineyard are French Canadian restaurateurs with a true passion for wine.  They  make  this natural blend of 50% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah in Minervois, in the Languedoc region of Southern France. It ages in cement tanks before it is bottled, without filtration.  The result is a rich, full-bodied wine with dark forest fruit and strong tannins.  Made for meat and not for the faint of heart. $21
