As we begin a new year, it is worth jotting down a few resolutions. Suspending judgment is always a good exercise, particularly when it comes to wine regions where you’re not a specialist. I’VE RARELY heard anyone talk about drinking rosé without mentioning the place where they drank it and how they felt there.
